Gluten-Free Cinnamon Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies

It is that time of year....cookie making time!!


Normally our pups get left out on the deal, but today, this recipe is just for them!

Gluten-Free Cinnamon Pumpkin Peanut Butter Cookies

1 ½ cups brown rice flour

½ can organic pumpkin (15oz)

1 egg

¼ cup natural organic peanut butter (make sure it does not have xylitol in it)

2-3 drops Cinnamon Bark or Cassia essential oil


Mix all your ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, roll out on a floured surface (remember to use rice flour) to about ¼ inch thick.


Cut out fun shapes with your cookie cutters and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until they start to turn brown.


Remove and cool completely before sharing with your dog.


Store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for later.
